OBITUARY FROM: POST-TRIBUNE, JUNE 11, 2006:

DAVID J. DISHNO, SR. "DJ" Hobart, Indiana Age 59, passed away on March 16, 2006. He was born in Escanaba, MI. He graduated from Hobart High School in 1965. He was in the U.S. Marine Corp and served in Vietnam and Cuba. He was retired from U.S. Steel - Gary Works and Acme Steel in Riverdale, IL.

He is survived by his father, Paul C. Dishno of Escanaba, MI; and by his loving wife and best friend, Linda (Mourning) Dishno; daughters: Donna (Mike) Levitzke of Elgin, IL, Lori (Bobby) Weatherford of Hanover, IN; sons: David Jr. (Diana) of Valparaiso, IN, Michael Nagler of Hobart, Scott (Laurie) Mourning of Clearwater, FL, Brian (Ann) Mourning of New Chicago, IN, Daniel (Vanessa) Mourning of Lake Station, IN; brother: Paul (Karen) Dishno of Mission Viejo, CA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia (nee Lund), sisters, Kathryn Dishno and Judith Dishno.

The family welcomes friends and relatives to join them in a celebration of David's life on Saturday, June 17, 2006, 10:00 a.m. at his home, located at 1319 Garfield St., Hobart, IN.
