Gary passed away Dec 14, 1988 following a life long battle with complications of Polio ( post polio syndrome) which he had been stricken with at the age of five. He was employeed as a bank loan officer and is survived by his wife Sharon and son Michael. Gary had moved to the Dearborn area following his graduation from HHS class of 61. He married his wife in 1965. He is also survived by his loving parents, Marge & William Owen; and sister Kaye (Owen) Kingsley also of Michigan. Gary kept his great sense of humor and displayed it on a daily basis no matter what his struggle. Visitation will be at L.J.Griffin Funeral Home in Westland, Mi. Interment will be on Dec 16th at Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn, Mi.
