OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, MARCH 15. 2013:

Robert "Bob" Weatherford, age 49, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at King's Daughters Hospital. He was born October 7, 1963 in Gary, IN to Ronnie and Wanda (Hendrix) Weatherford.

Survivors include his parents; one son, Ryan Weatherford of Hanover; sister, Rhonda Weatherford of Georgia; grandmother, Carrie Hendricks of Hanover; and his loving aunt and caregiver, Susan (John) Wherry also of Hanover; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins from Hanover and Northwest Indiana. He was preceded in death by his brother, Tony; paternal grandparents; and maternal grandfather.

Bob graduated from Hobart High School Class of 1982. He was employed as a Materials Manager at King's Daughters Hospital for 15 years. He was very involved in the Lide White Boys and Girls Club, and an avid bowler since the age of five years old.
