Age 55, of Portage, died Sept. 15, 1998. Resident of the Portage Nursing Home prior to his death. Retired U.S.A.F., air crew systems analyst. Rees Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
I spoke to Dennis just prior to the 1996 class reunion, he stated that his high school years were not his greatest years and that is why he had never returned to any class reunions. i told him i always remember his shy smile when i passed him in the halls of the high school. i told him that we missed his smile at the reunions and reasured him that he was not alone in having unhappy feeling during those difficult years of growing up.
