Bob was a graduate of Hobart High School, class of 1959. He retired from Inland Steel where he worked at the #2 cold strip. After retiring from Inland he worked at Mastardi-Platt/GE as an Environmental Consultant. This he didn't consider a job because he made so many friends that he enjoyed being with. He also worked on the Lake Bruce conservancy after moving there.
