Ronald Wyller - Class Of 1955

OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, NOVEMBER 4, 2007:

Ronald Rangvald Wyller, age 71, a LaPorte resident for the last 15 years, passed away at home on Friday, November 23, 2007. He was formerly of Lake Station, IN and Chicago, IL and was a graduate of Hobart High School Class of 1955. Mr. Wyller was an employee of Meade Electric for 40 years. He was a former member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Lake Station, former president of the Lake Station Little League and member and former president of the Sand Dunes Long Rifle Club of Michigan City, IN.

Mr. Wyller is survived by his wife, Lena (nee Popenhagen) Wyller of LaPorte, IN; three children: Mary Beth (Jeff) Williams of Portage, IN, Eric (Michelle) Wyller of Rolling Prairie, IN and Carolyn Wyller of North Judson, IN; two sisters: Sylvia Louise (Ed) Cable and Barbara (Sam) Robison both of Lake Station, IN; four grandchildren: Barbara, Zackery, Joshua and Delanie; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents: Arthur and Teresa Wyller; and by his first wife, Barbara Ann Wyller.

Funeral services for Mr. Wyller will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th Street, Hobart, IN with Pastor Roger Hartzler officiating. Burial at Calvary Cemetery, Portage, IN. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, November 26, 2007 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, Hobart.
