OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, FEBRUARY 20, 2005:

Rhoda M. Rowley age 76 a longtime Hobart resident, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2005. She was a graduate of Hobart High School and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband - Gerald Rowley; daughter, Deborah Garrison, parents, Vincent "Doc" and Martha Boyd, Sr. and sister, Mary Sable. Rhoda is survived by her daughter, Dorothy "Cookie" (Ron) Wilson of Hobart; six grandchildren; Ben and Veronica Wilson of Hobart and Josh Wilson of Portage, Scott Garrison of Hobart and Steven and Daniel Garrison of IA; brothers, Vincent 'Bud" Boyd, Jr. and William (Pat) Boyd, both of Hobart; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, time and place pending. Interment in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Monday from 2 to 8 PM at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E.7th Street, Hobart. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Hobart.
