OBITUARY FROM POST-TRIBUNE, DECEMBER 6, 2006:

EDWARD D.WELLS Hobart, Indiana Age 81 passed away on Monday, December 4, 2006. Edward was a 1944 graduate of Hobart High School. He was retired from E J & E Railroad, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hobart.

Edward was survived by his 2 brothers, Howard Wells of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Richard Wells of Bloomington, Indiana; 1 sister, Helen DeFries of Cochise, Arizona.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 8, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. from the Kraft Funeral Services and Crematory, 370 N. County Line Rd. Hobart with Rev. Jonathon Gosser officiating. Burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Valparaiso. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. at the Kraft Funeral Home. For more information please call 219-942-9866.
