BETTY L. PISARSKI Age 74, of Valparaiso, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2004.

She was born May 22, 1929 in Dixon, IL to Virgil and Minnie (Miller) Reisinger. A Valparaiso resident since 1969, she had worked for GTE from 1947 to 1959 and at the Ivy Tech Bookstore from 1988 to 1996. She was a member of the Center Homemakers Extension Club.

Betty is survived by her husband, Chester and four children, John (Lynn) Hughes of Bend, OR, Bryan (Heather) Pisarski of Tempe, AZ, Diane (Robert) Ray of Chesterton and Cary Pisarski of Valparaiso; two sisters, Elaine (Robert) Broschart and Eleanore (William) Armontrout both of Crown Point and one brother, Dr. V. Eugene (June) Reisinger of Hobart and ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Funeral services will be Monday, 10:00 AM at Moeller Funeral Home, Valparaiso, the Rev. Mike Porter officiating with burial at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 2-6 PM. Memorials may be made to the Porter County Extension Homemakers Scholarship. angelcrestinc.com.
