OBITUARY FROM THE POST-TRIBUNE, MARCH 26, 2010:
David W. Mullins of Hobart, IN passed away Monday, March 15th after a brave battle with cancer.
He is survived by his daughter, Chelsea Mullins; his parents, George and Donna Mullins; and his brother, John Mullins.
There will be a private service in Rhode Island, and a celebration of his life at the Newport National Golf Course in Newport, Rhode Island on Dave's birthday, April 5th.
