OBITUARY FROM POST-TRIBUNE, DECEMBER 4, 2015:

Malmquist, Joyce L., of Hobart,(71), passed away Nov.28,2015. She was born June 8, 1944 in Halls,TN to Elvis Hayes & Ova Dell Martin who precede her in death. She married her husband Tony (who survives her) on June 16,1962.

She is also survived by daughters Lisa (Chuck Pickering) Williams, Denise (John) Renehan. Grandchildren, Stephanie (Wayne DeDina) Coppinger, Chivonne Ewing, Blake Ewing, Kileigh Renehan (Jake Kasperek), John Renehan Jr. Great Grandchildren, Joshua, Ariella, Reighly, Logan, Brayleigh, Dylan. Sister Patricia Pearson along with many family and friends that will miss her dearly.

She enjoyed gambling, shopping, coach purses, 50's dances, & being with her family. She ran the coffee shop at Stardust Bowl 2 for 18 years.

A memorial celebration will be held Monday December 7, 2015 @ the Community Center (111 E. Old Ridge Rd, Hobart) from 3-8.
