Amy Jo Cook, 58, Harrodsburg, KY, died Thursday, December 17, 2015 in Harrodsburg. Born March 24, 1957, in Gary, IN, she was the daughter of the late Donald T and Shirley May Small Cook. She was an RN for the VA Hospital in Lexington and was a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God.
Amy is survived by: two sons: Jeremy (Aya) Knies of Lexington, Joshua Knies of Harrodsburg, three brothers: Tim Cook of FL, Tom Cook of SC, Chris Cook of TN and 7 grandchildren. Amy was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Knies.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 10-12pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers will be: Tim Cook, Tom Cook, Chris Cook and Paul Kearby. Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 12:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Tom Lane. Burial will follow in the Danville Memorial Gardens, Danville.
