Jacquelyn was born on May 15, 1939 and passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. Jacquelyn was a resident of Rochester, Indiana at the time of her passing. She graduated from Hobart High School attended the University of Michigan to become a music therapist.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday November 30, 2016, at 10:00 am at Zimmerman Bros Funeral Home Rochester IN.
