Mike Ksenak - Class Of 1943

OBITUARY FROM THE NW INDIANA TIMES, JULY 23, 2013:
 
Michael Ksenak, age 89, of Miller, formerly of Hobart, passed away July 21, 2013. Mike was a graduate of Hobart H.S. Class of 1943. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. Mike retired from J.C. Penny after 31 years of service and was a member of St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church in Merrillville.
 
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Joseph and John. Mike is survived by two sisters: Monica (Will) Wiley and Irene (late Frank) Mockaitis; brother, Frank (late Janice) Ksenak; many loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; and many other loving friends and extended family.
 
Friends may visit with Mike's family on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th St., Hobart, IN. A Parastas service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. DIRECTLY at St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, 557 W. 57th Ave., Merrillville, IN with Rev.
