Age 62 passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at his home. He was born on June 9, 1958 in Gary, Indiana to Roy and Shirley (nee Carter) Worthington.

Keith was a Registered Nurse previously employed at North and Southlake Methodist. He will be remembered as a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley(Don Jurs) Worthington; brother, Randall (Theresa) Worthington; sister, Diane (Jeff) Ellis; nephews, Brandon (Lynn) Berry and Dylan (Charissa)Ellis; nieces, Danielle (Eliott) Reichler and Alexis ;great nephews, Ethan Berry, Matthew Berry, and Jadyn; great nieces, Anna Reichler, Harper, and Hadley and many other loving family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Worthington.

Per Keith’s wishes there will be no services. Cremation is entrusted to Rees Funeral and Cremation services, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana 46342. (219)942-2109
