JORDAN, Fredrick L., age 93 of Spring Hill, Florida, died Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Mill Creek, Illinois and moved to Florida 24 years ago from Farmingdale, New York. He was a retired social worker for Nassau County, New York, a U.S. Navy Veteran, was a member of the Hernando County Sportsman Club and Christ Lutheran Church of Brooksville.

Survivors include his wife: Lois; sons: Fredrick Jordan, Jr. of Spring Hill, Florida and Neal Jordan of North Clarendon, Vermont; daughters & son-in-law: Catherine Gaffney and Carol & Scott Golden all of Farmingdale, New York.; grandchildren: Renee Jackson, Jason Golden, Jennifer Johnson, Cara Dolan, Michelle Magee, Allison Jordan and Brook Jordan and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation for friends will be 11am – 12pm, Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Christ Lutheran Church, Brooksville, where funeral services will begin at 12:00pm with Reverend Paul Meseke officiating. Interment will be at the Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York.
