James Ewigleben - Class Of 1951

OBITUARY FROM THE NW INDIANA TIMES, APRIL 28, 2017:
 
Raymond James "Jim" Ewigleben, 84, of Hobart, born July 18, 1932, passed away April 24, 2017 after a brief illness. Jim was a proud member of Carpenter's Union 1005 and was a veteran of the Sea Bees. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Jim will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.
 
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Erma; loving children, Deb Seeley, Rick Ewigleben, Sheri (Al) Ehrhardt, Judy (Buzz) Lines, Sandy (Tim) Krivickas; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy (Bob) Gaines; faithful companion, Attila.
 
Funeral service for Jim will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., at Community Christian Reformed Church, 10498 N 450th E, Roselawn, IN. Friends may visit with his family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Friends are also invited to visit with Jim's family on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 East 7th Street, Hobart. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the CCRC Men's Bible Ministry. www.burnsfuneral.com.
