Jane Schwuchow (White-Rowlas) - Class Of 1961

Jane White-Rowlas, 75, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 after a fearless, quiet, and graceful battle with illness. Born in Gary, Indiana. Jane worked with countless families in Allen County as a realtor for 40 years, most recently with the North Eastern Group. Jane enjoyed spending time with her family and keeping up with her grandkids' busy lives and activities. She also enjoyed her big circle of friends, shopping, dining out, and visiting casinos. Jane was fiercely independent, impeccably dressed, and always did it her way.
 
Surviving are her daughter, Tracy (Dave Exner) White of Fort Wayne, IN, son, Jeff (Elizabeth) White of Englewood, CO, grandchildren; Eric (Lynn Heldenbrand-Exner) Exner, Morgan White, and Emma White, brothers, Ed (Judy) Schwuchow of Fishers, IN, and Ron (Debbie) Schwuchow of Hobart, IN, longtime companion and partner Gib Maupin, nieces and nephews; Krista Schwuchow, Stacy Schwuchow-Berger, Stephanie (Josh) Schwuchow-Vondersaar, Amy (Todd) Schwuchow-Yates, Andy (Stephanie) Schwuchow, John (Holly) Schwuchow, Mike Schwuchow, and many great nieces and nephews. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Deloris Schwuchow, and husband George Rowlas.
 
The family will be having a gathering to remember and celebrate Jane's life at a later date. Memorials may be made to Parkview Hospice or Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control's Angel Fund.
