Cynthia J. Paitsell (nee Ballog), age 75, of Crown Point, IN, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017.
Cynthia is survived by her children: David Paitsell, Pamela (Mark) Runyon, and Daniel (Diane) Paitsell; grandchildren: Mark Jr., Nick, Deidra, Jocelyn, & Mallory, Justin, Cody & Dillion; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Ballog. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Paitsell; parents: George and Francis Ballog; great-granddaughter, Danica; brother, William Ballog; sister-in-law, Joela Ribar.
Cynthia had 3 great passions: her loving family, her joy of cooking and her passion for fashion. She took pride in being the Director of Merrillville John Roberts Powers Modeling Agency. After her retirement she took much joy in working with pre-school children who lovingly referred to her as “Miss Cindy”. Her children are at peace, knowing she is now with her loving husband Lee in Heaven.
Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre, 606 E. 113th Ave/South St, Crown Point, IN 46307 from 2:00 PM until the time of the Funeral Service at 6:00 PM with Fr.
