Kristopher Kingery - Class Of 1996

OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, JANUARY 15, 2015:

Kristopher R. Kingery, Sr., age 37 of Valparaiso, formerly of Hobart, passed away January 13, 2015. Kris was a graduate of Hobart High School, Class of 1996, where he was a standout athlete on the Brickie football, baseball, wrestling, and track teams. He was a proud member of Local 150 Operating Engineers, coached for the Wheeler High School Bearcats, and coached his sons in wrestling and baseball. Kris was a loving husband, dad, son, and brother. He will be greatly missed by all the hearts he touched.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald; grandparentS: George and Helen Kingery, and Jesus Duque. Kris is survived by his loving wife, Allison; three sons: Kristopher Jr., Kaydon, and Koltin; loving mother, Sylvia (Dana Faught) Kingery; two brothers: Anthony Kingery and Thomas A. Olivarez; two sisters: Angela (Tony) Maza and Dawn Rietman; mother and father-in-law- Val and Doug Tuft; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends may visit with Kris's family from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 19, 2015, at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th St., Hobart, IN, with a funeral service following immediately at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kris's family for the continued care of his three sons. www.burnsfuneral.com.
