Mary McRitchie - Class Of 1942

OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, JANUARY 7, 2018:
 
Mary A. Sims-McRitchie, age 93, of St. John, formerly of Hobart, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the Symphony of Dyer Rehab Center. She was born in Gary, Indiana on August 22, 1924 to the late Vincent and Lillian (nee Sims) McRitchie.
 
Mary is survived by sons, James (Linda) Marler of Nashville, TN, William (Claretha) Marler of Merrillville, Douglas (Linda) Marler of Valparaiso, Vincent (Tamara) Marler of St. John; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and sister in law, Mary Beth McRitchie of Valparaiso. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Pazdur in 2014; brother, William McRitchie and her parents. Cremation has been entrusted to REES FUNERAL HOME, Hobart Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois. For more information, please call 219-942-2109.
