OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, JANUARY 21, 2016:

Helen M. Boltz (Evans, Cavanaugh) Ormond Beach, FL age 84, passed away January 8, 2016. She graduated Hobart High School in 1949. She retired as a nurse from St. Mary's Hospital. She will be remembered as a loving mom, grandma, and friend.

Helen is survived by her aunt, Lucille Crisler; grandchildren: Joe (Tina) Reeves, Sandy (Diati) Medley, Rachel (John) Reeves-Olis, Mike (Traci) Cavanaugh, and Adam Cavanaugh; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Harrell; son, James Cavanaugh; and husband, Arthur Boltz.
