Sandra Elizabeth Caldwell born on September 14, 1940 passed away in her home on December 17th, 2019 at the age of 79. She was preceded in death by her parents Elven and Dorothy Dees, Sister June Wolfe; brother David Dees; son Gary Caldwell; daughter, Kelly Lynn (Joe) Landgraf; and great granddaughter, Violet Stepp.

She is survived by her husband Jack Caldwell of 58 years; son Mike (Patty) Caldwell; daughters, Rebecca Caldwell and Amy (Jack) Lane; 9 grandchildren and 20 great - grandchildren.

Sandy was born in Lansing , IL and raised in Hobart, IN. She climbed the ranks of JCPenneys from a shoe sales associate to managing the Personnel Dept. for several store locations. Upon retirement, she moved with Jack to Michigan where they developed and managed Huyck Lake Rentals for 30 fun filled years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma and friend along with being a phenomenal cook! She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
