When Martha Margaret Heck was born on 12 January 1896, in Hobart, Ross Township, Lake, Indiana, United States, her father, Christian Fredrick Heck, was 47 and her mother, Johanna Striebig, was 29. She married Burton Samuel Rupp about 1915. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 2 daughters. She died on 29 June 1947, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, United States, at the age of 51, and was buried in Hobart Cemetery, Hobart, Ross Township, Lake, Indiana, United States.
