SHARON LEE CANNON, age 76, of Hobart, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 while at home. She was born on October 31, 1948. Sharon worked for many years as a manager for Luke Gas Station and in her later years for the Luke laundry mat. Sharon spent countless hours attending drag races and supporting the racing community. She was very big into crafts and owned her own supply store at one time. There are many, many people who were lucky enough to be a recipient of one of her handmade afghans or baby blankets. Sharon will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Michael John Cannon and Richard (Melissa) Cannon, Sr.; 6 grandchildren, L. Rich (Sheri) Cannon, J.C. (Ivy) Cannon, Anthony Cannon, Walter Wydmon, Jessica (Ryan) Todd, AJ (Jamie) Wydmon; 10 great grandchildren, Luke and Mason Cannon, Brantley, Khole and Cooper Cannon, Benji Todd, Ronan Wydmon, Oliver, Ella and Abigail Wydmon; other loving family and dear friends.

Sharon was also preceded in death by her husband, John C. Cannon; and infant daughter, Cathy Cannon.

Cremation was entrusted to Rees Funeral Homes, Hobart Chapel.
