Susan T. Koulianos, age 52, of Porter, IN, passed away on February 19, 2004 at her home. Susan was born in Gary, Indiana on May 24, 1951 to Ivor and Theresa Coons. Susan was a member of the SS. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Merrillville, IN. She worked as a Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens in Hobart. Susan is remembered as an all around good person.
Susan is preceded in death by her Father, Ivor R. Coons. Susan is survived by her loving husband, Stergos. Three children: Pete S. Koulianos of Arizona, John S. Koulianos and Michael S. Koulianos, both of Porter, IN. Her mother: Theresa Coons of Hobart, IN. Her beloved dog, Rocky. Eight Brothers and Sisters: Mary (George) Bobe, Ivor (Shirley) Coons, Joseph (Patricia) Coons, Richard (Diane) Coons, Peggy (Jim) Hardaway. Jeffrey (Sherry) Coons, Roseann (David) Purser and James (Sabra) Coons. Many Nieces, Nephews, Family and good Friends.
Funeral Services Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at 10:00 AM at SS Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 8000 Madison Avenue, Merrillville, IN. On Tuesday morning, Family and Friends will meet directly at the Church at 9:45 AM for the procession into the Church with Rev. Theodore Poteres officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Hobart, IN. Visitation Sunday from 2 to 8 PM and on Monday from 2 to 8 PM, with a Trisagion Service at 5:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. above
