OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, SEPTEMBER 20, 2012:

Michael Remi Krull, age 62, a lifelong resident of Hobart, passed away September 18, 2012. Mike was a 1969 Hobart High School graduate and co-owner of Krull & Sons Surveying. He attended Northwood University and Purdue Calumet College, served in the National Guard, and was a member of Hobart Phi Delts.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents: Bob and Virginia Krull; and stepmother, Dorothy Krull. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Dawn (nee Briney) Krull of Hobart; daughter, Gina (Narin) Clouse of Greenwood, MO; son, Greg Krull (fiancee Meghan Griffin) of Wheatfield; granddaughter, Sydnee Krull; brothers: Jim (Karen) Krull of Smithville, MO and Steve (Nancy) Krull of Hobart; parents-in-law: Jim and Loraine Briney of Hobart; brothers-in-law: Tim Briney of LaSalle, MI and Scott (Krista) Briney of Roselle, IL; many nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit with Mike's family on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th Street, Hobart, IN and from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 900 Luther Drive, Hobart, with Rev. Gary Nagy officiating. Interment at Graceland Cemetery. Donations in Mike's memory may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or to the Hobart Food Pantry, 200 S.
