OBITUARY FROM THE POST-TRIBUNE, OCTOBER 3, 2011:

Piske, Dennis 60, of Thayer, passed away suddenly Friday, September 30th.

He is survived by children, Dennis Jr. ( Brittney), Morocco, Amber (Jason) Cornman, Indianapolis and Andrew, Thayer, granddaughters Hannah and Victoria, siblings, Lee (Carolyn) and Beth (Michael) both of Lowell, Karen (Robert) Ebert, Demotte, Jill Piske, Valparaiso, special friend Trudi Markul, mother of his children Debbie Miller and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents Roland and Alice and brothers Darrell and Edward. Dennis was a Carpenter with Local #1005 and 1969 graduate of Hobart High School.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 4th from 4-8 with a Funeral Service Wednesday at 11AM all at Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell.
