OBITUARY FROM BURNS FUNERAL HOME WEBSITE, MAY 25, 2012:

Pope, Terry Lee "Bubba" "T.L" age 62, passed away suddenly May 23, 2012. Terry was born April 1, 1950, in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He lived his life as a resident of Hobart, Indiana. He was a graduate of Hobart High School class of 1968. He was also a graduate of Indiana State University, where he was an active member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. He was a journeyman ironworker of Local 395 for 30 years from which he retired a year ago. In his spare time, he was an avid hunter and fisherman that loved to watch the Cubs, Bears, and Brickies.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents James Leroy and Betty Ann Pope. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Regina; daughter, Erin (Ron) Necco;  sons, T.J. (Ashley) and Derek Pope; grandchildren, Myles and Katelyn  Necco; sister, Edna Jean Flick; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 29 from Noon to 8:00 p.m., with a memorial service Wednesday, May 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home, located at 701 E. 7th St. in Hobart, Indiana. Cremation will precede the visitation and memorial service
