OBITUARY:

Bonnie Kay Flanders (nee Sadelack) age 58 of Portage passed away Monday, July 6, 2009. Bonnie was born July 8, 1950 the Daughter of Edward & Mildred Sadelack. She was a graduate of Hobart High School class of 1968. Bonnie had been a resident of Lawrenceville, IL for 29 years and returned to Portage in 2006. Bonnie was a member of Kostbade Fowble VFW 5365 Auxiliary.

She is survived by daughter, Cyndi (Mike) Friedrich of Portage, IN; Son, Stanley Laskovich, Lawerenceville, IL; 3 grandchildren, Dillon Kelly, Vincennes, IN; Allison & Adam Friedrich both of Portage, IN; 2 Brothers, Ron (Nancy) Sadelack, Hobart, IN; Scott Sadelack; special friend, Ronald Hughes, of Portage, IN and Sister-in-law, Barbara Sadelack of Portage, IN. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Thomas Flanders and 2 brothers Edward and Randy Sadelack.

Memorial Contributions are preferred for family wishes. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 9, 2009, 10:30am. At Rees Funeral Home, Hobart, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd, Hobart IN, with Mr. Roger Grubb Officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. A VFW Auxiliary Service will be conducted at
6:30pm. A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2009, to 3-8pm. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel.
