Jeanne Sloan (Guarnery) - Class Of 1967 VIEW PROFILE

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CLASSMATE DEE (DORITA HOLDER) LAVISH, CLASS OF 1967:

Jeanne Sloan Guarnery passed away September 20, 2019, she doesn't have a rose next to her name..she and I sporadically kept in touch thru the years, I know she was very happy and used to joke that she "passed gas" in surgery, I believe she had something to do with anesthesia. She was a partner in crime, we'd get ourselves in some stupid situations..about 45 minutes hiding in the street under a neighbors car hiding from the Hobart Police comes to mind! Jeannie had an impromptu slumber party and we were roaming her neighborhood playing ding dong ditch..one of her neighbors called the police and everyone was able to get back in Jeannie's house except me and Jeannie! We were stuck under that car watching the police officers' feet as they walked around looking for the 2 that got away! I was never so scared in my life, not so much of the police but of my dad..I'd still be grounded!!

The picture above was obtained from the 1967 HHS Memories yearbook, made available by the Lake County Public Library, at: https://archive.org/details/HOHS1967Images/.
