William J. Jackson, age 90, of Merrillville, IN, passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022.
William is survived by his siblings: John (late Betty) Jackson, Roger Jackson, Cheryl Campbell; close nephews: Mark Jackson, Tom Jackson and Tim McGee; niece, Carol Soltis; and several other nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Jackson; parents: Andrew & Lura Jackson; sisters: Elma and Phyllis; and brother, Charles.
William was a graduate of Hobart High School and served in the U.S. Army in Germany during the 1950s. He loved to work with his wife in the ceramic business they started and also worked for Ford Motor Company for over 35 years.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Geisen-Pruzin Funeral & Cremation Services, 6360 Broadway, Merrillville, IN 46410, from 10:00 am until the time of Funeral Service at 12:00 pm with Terry Wallace officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Williams name to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
