Patricia Diane Stubblefield Dominguez, 76, of Chicago Ill, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021. Diane was born March 1, 1945, in Gary, Indiana, and was the daughter of the late Clyde Talmadge Stubblefield and Patricia Marguerite Stubblefield, In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Joseph James Liscinski. Diane graduated from Hobart Senior High School, Hobart, Indiana, in 1963. Diane is survived by her son, Edward Clyde Liscinski of Chicago, Illinois, and her brother, Clyde David (Barbara) Stubblefield of Anderson, South Carolina: three grandchildren, Kourtney Rose Liscinski of Decatur, Alabama, Dylan Clyde Liscinski and Austin Miles Liscinski of Florida, three great grandchildren, Kyrin Bolding, Keeari Bolding, Kaison Bolding all of Decatur, Alabama.


Besides being a devoted mother to her two sons, Joe and Eddie, Diane was a very talented and accomplished woman. Throughout her life, she had several successful business ventures. Among them were: Diane raised horses and participated in horse shows, horse racing, rodeos, and parades. She also bred Appaloosas. Diane was a talented dog groomer had several dog grooming businesses at different times in her life. They were located in St. Louis and Chicago. The Chicago location she shared with her son Eddie. In middle age, she took up fencing. Diane was a very good fencer and was ranked in the top 30 women fencers in the world. She went on to have a fencing school in Chicago where she recruited fencing champions from Europe to teach in her school. After that Diane studied to become a minister. This then led to her becoming a pastor of a church she started in Chicago and continued until her death.
