GUY THOMASINO Hobart, Indiana Age 74 was called home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, August 2, 2006. Guy was a lifelong Hobart/Northwest Indiana resident and a longtime/loyal member of the First Baptist Church of Hobart. He retired from the E.J. & E. Railroad as a mechanics supervisor. Guy was very active at First Baptist as a Deacon and with Awana.

Guy is survived by loving wife Roberta (nee Crawford) Thomasino; 4 daughters, Teri (Rev. Larry) Pender of Bessemer, AL, Robin (Jack) Furgye of Portage, Gayle (Nick) Giorgi of Hobart, Tina (Joseph) Dravet of Hobart; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Louie (Marie) Thomasino of Portage; sister, Regina Vondrasek of DeMotte, IN; nieces and nephews. His parents, Thomas & Theresa Thomasino preceded him in death.

Memorials are preferred to the First Baptist Church of Hobart. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 5, 2006, 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Hobart, 1 N. Pennsylvania St., Hobart, with Pastor Richard Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Hobart. Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, IN, www.reesfuneralhomes.com
