MIlton Lee Hamann
Milton Lee Hamann, 84, of Brevard, NC died July 24, 2024.

He was born March 17, 1940, in Valparaiso, Indiana to the late Sophie D. Rampke Hamann and Milton W. Hamann. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by numerous relatives.

He attended schools in Flint Lake, IN; Rudolph, WI; Hobart, IN; and Valparaiso University. 

Milton joined the US Army 358th Military Police Company as a reservist from 1963 -1969.

He was employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company from 1963-1995 before retiring and moving to Brevard, NC. He and his wife attended First United Methodist Church, Brevard. He enjoyed golfing, reading, watching sports on TV and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Survivors include his loving wife of 61 years, Carol Hamann, Two sons: Kevin L. (Carolyn)Hamann of San Francisco, CA, and Ronald S. Hamann of Denver, CO.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First United Methodist Church of Brevard, 325 N. Broad Street, Brevard, NC 28712, or to donor’s favorite animal charity.
