Mrs. Linda Louise Marvin Butler, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, Tennessee. Funeral service for Mrs. Butler will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Kenton, Tennessee. Bro. James Kinsey and Bro. Ron Cox will officiate. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery.

Mrs. Butler was born December 5, 1939, to the late Harold D. and Margaretta Parsons Marvin. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Butler. Mrs. Butler was a loving mother, homemaker, and a member of the South Fulton Baptist Church. Mrs. Butler is survived by one son, Jimmy Butler and wife Melanie; two daughters, Dava Yarbro and husband Jason, Janet Fuchs and husband Steve; six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; three brothers, Richard Marvin, Ed Marvin, and Ernie Marvin, and one sister, Marjory Baum.

Visitation for Mrs. Butler will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2014, from 5-8 p.m. in the Chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Kenton. Karnes and Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Linda Louise Marvin Butler.
