Darryl M. Hicks, 41, of Hammond, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 1998 at his home.
Survived by three children, Darryl Mark Hicks II, Jennifer Hicks and Adam Lahm, all of Hammond;
granddaughter, Avery Lahm of Hammond; his father, Norman and step-mother, Helen Hicks of Portage; three brothers, Ronald Hicks of Florence, AL, Jason Hicks and Dale Hicks of Indianapolis, IN; three sisters, Sherry (Jeff) Stack of Hobart, Norma Buckner of Portage and Twylla Amstutz of Madison, IN. Preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Hicks and sister, Crystal Dawn.
Funeral services will be on Monday, December 28, 1998 at 11 a.m. from the Virgil Huber Funeral Home
with Pastor Grant Ray of the First Christian Church of Hessville officiating. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Hobart, IN. Friends may call on Monday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Virgil Huber Funeral Home, 7051 Kennedy Ave., Hessville, Indiana.
Darryl was born in Gary and raised in Hobart where he graduated from Hobart High.
