'Mouse' age 61, former long time resident of Gary, passed away at the Clinica Biblica in his home town of Alajuela, Cost Rica, on Sept. 29, 2003. "Mouse" was a 40 year member of Local 150 of the I. B. of Operating Engineers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther & Ava Rapp. He is survived by his two sisters; Martha (Fred) Blake of DeMotte, and Bonnie Rapp of So Carolina, and a multitude of friends. Guest book entry read..worked with the "Mouse" for many years..from Pooch Webber of Lake Station. Jim attended Ridge View Elementary and graduated from Hobart High class of '61.
