Margaret Anne “Peggy” Whitledge (née Potter), age 82, a recent resident of Naperville, IL, formerly of Hobart, IN, Hebron, IN, and Eau Claire, WI, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at St. Patrick’s Residence in Naperville. She was born on November 1, 1943, in Brooklyn, NY

Former spouse of the late Gary Whitledge, beloved mother of Vicki (Allan Moose) Whitledge and Jim (Jill) Whitledge, devoted daughter of the late Rodney and Charmaine (née Simmons) Potter, dear sister of Steve (Char) Potter, the late Richard (Sandi) Potter and the late Barb (the late Michael) Yaros, fond cousin, aunt, sister-in-law, great-aunt, great-great aunt and friend of many.

Peggy grew up in Hobart, IN, was a 1961 graduate of Hobart High School and retired from Burrell Colour Labs in Crown Point, IN after many years of service.

She enjoyed travel and spending time with friends and family.

Services and interment will be private.
