Christopher Kostoff, age 51 of Crown Point, passed away February 25, 2022. He was a dedicated Lake County Police Officer for over 20 years, a member of the of Fraternal Order of Police Chris Anton Lodge # 125; Lake County Police Association Local 72. Christopher loved working out and loved animals. Christopher was a member of the Suncrest Church for over 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his father- Richard Kostoff; maternal and paternal grandparents. Christopher is survived by his loving wife of 23 years- Tara; his children- Grace, Christian, Olivia; mother- Dorothy Kostoff; brother- Vince (Debbie) Kostoff; in-laws; Ray (Carol) Stirling; sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Gary (Sue) Wagner; nieces- Morgan (Neville) Jones, Courtney (James) Dubish, several cousins.

Visitation will take place on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 2-8 p.m. Directly at Suncrest Christian Church, 10009 Parrish Ave, St. John, IN. The funeral will take place on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Suncrest Church. Interment Maplewood Memorial cemetery.
