David E. Waugaman, 35, of Hobart, passed away Thursday, February 17, 1998 at St. Mary Medical Center. A Hobart resident for 25 years; employed at Midwest Products in Hobart; 1980 graduate of Hobart High School; member of First Baptist Church in Hobart.

Survivors: wife, Vickie; two daughters, Robin and Lisa; parents, Robert and Rosemary Waugaman of Hobart; two brothers, Larry Waugaman of Hammond and Harry Waugaman of Texas; one sister, Diane (Tom) Smith of Hobart; nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by brother, Allen Wayne Waugaman in 1995.

Funeral services Saturday, February 21, 1998, 11 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Rev. Richard Brown officiating. Burial, Calumet Park Cemetery. Visitation Friday 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart. 219-942-2109.
