Pamela Jean Trcka (nee Paige)

Passed away in her home on April 8, 2025. She was born on July 8, 1960, in Gary, Indiana to the late Delmar Jay Paige and Charlene Jane Vasile.

Pam met the love of her life Scott, and they married at Christian Assembly Church on July 27, 1985. After high school, she went to work at the Insurance Service Agency in Merrillville, Indiana. She became a stay-at-home mom and housewife after her second daughter, Jessica, was born. She fondly remembered being there for all the “firsts” and was happy that she made the decision to stay home with her daughters. Pam enjoyed being outside, whether it be sitting on her swing in the backyard, planting flowers, or keeping up her yard. She loved playing and spending time with her grandchildren and was a dog lover and had a special place in her heart for Boxers, Gracie and Duke.

Pam is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Scott Trcka; two children, Jennifer Lynn (Christopher) Schnabel of Hobart, and Jessica Renee (Cody) Estes of San Diego, California; three grandchildren, Jillian Grace Schnabel, Logan Scott Estes, and Ava Louise Estes; mother, Charlene Paige; brother, Ronald (Mary) Paige of Granger, Indiana; sister, Deborah Paige of Sun City, Arizona and other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Delmar Paige; father-in-law, Richard "Dick" Trcka and mother-in-law, Joan Trcka.
