When Dale Allen Lindeau was born on 2 April 1937, in Sioux City, Woodbury, Iowa, United States, his father, Bert Lendeau, was 34 and his mother, Gladys Smith, was 25. He married Faith Ann Roque on 23 August 1958, in Burlington, Chittenden, Vermont, United States. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He died on 11 June 2003, in Paris, Edgar, Illinois, United States, at the age of 66.
