OBITUARY FROM POST-TRIBUNE, MARCH 25, 2006:

HAROLD LINN VANAMAN "Bud" (Elkland, Missouri) Age 67, was called home Wednesday, March 22, 2006. He was born August 13, 1938 to Georgia and Linn Vanaman who preceded him in death. He was of graduate of Hobart High School, Class of 1957, and a resident of Northwest Indiana most of his life. He was retired and a member of the Church of the Harvest in Springfield, MO.

Survivors: loving wife, Bonnie; 2 daughters: Susan (Jim), Sherri (Jack); 1 son, Steven (Tracy); step-daughter, Jessica (Brian) Sturges; and grandchildren, Matthew, Lacie, Summer, MacKenzie, Samantha, Sarah and Rachel; 1 great granddaughter, Alexis; sister, Lois Wright; nieces and nephews, Bruce, Ray, Sheryl and Lisa. He was a man who never met a stranger. He was loved and will be missed by family and friends too numerous to mention.

Visitation at the Greenlawn Funeral Home, 3506 N. National Ave., Springfield, MO on Monday, March 27th. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2006.
