OBITUARY FROM NW INDIANA TIMES, MARCH 3, 2010:

Carol Cox Ketchum, age 65, of Hobart, passed away March 1, 2010. She was a graduate of Hobart High School, Class of 1962 and taught at St. Francis Xavier Church School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ketchum; and sister, Jean Beres. Carol is survived by children: Denise (Ron) Babcock, Carrie (Robert) Savage and LeAnn (John Domka) Plesha; grandsons: Bryan Savage, Zachary Babcock, Curtis Plesha, Evan Babcock and Ian Plesha; and sister, Mary DeNicola of Kentucky.

Funeral service will be Friday, March 5, 2010 at 9:15 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home to St. Francis Xavier Church, 2447 Putnam St., Lake Station, IN for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial at Calvary Cemetery.
