OBITUARY FROM POST-TRIBUNE, JANUARY 27, 2006:

RYAN DEAN BLISS Hobart, Indiana Age 21, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2006. He was a lifetime Hobart resident working as a Fabricator for Steel Form Products. He attended Hobart High School. Ryan loved sports and fishing with his friends and was an avid Bears fan. He had a warm and beautiful smile and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was our sunshine and will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his father: Albert Bliss of Cedar Lake; mother: Tammy (Richard) Howard of Hobart; 1 brother: Alex Bliss of Hobart; 1 sister: Kristine Bliss of Hobart; girlfriend: Amie Colby; grandparents: Marsha Carlisle of Hobart, Oryn (Jerie) Carlisle of Valparaiso, Dean (Charlene) Bliss of Ozark, AR; aunts and uncles: Suzanne Martz, Max (Trish) Bliss, Mike (Kim) Carlisle, Lori (Clif) Adelman, Eric (Mary) Carlisle, Chris (Lisa) Carlisle; and numerous cousins and other family and friends.

Funeral services are Saturday, January 28, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart with Pastor John Promisson officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso. Visitation Friday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart.
