OBITUARY FROM THE VIDETTE-MESSENGER, VALPARAISO, INDIANA, DECEMBER 21, 1976

Charles Presley Frame, 63, of Rt. 7, Valparaiso, died Monday December 20, at Porter Memorial Hospital. He was a retired superintendent for Inland Steel company, East Chicago, with 37 years of service. 

Frame was born in Crown Point December 3, 1913, a son of Harley and Berta (Guernsey) Frame, he married Virginia Gustafson, who survives.

Also surviving are a daughter, Pam Popovich of Muncie; a son, Jeff of Cherry Hill, N.J.; two granddaughters; his mother, Berta Sopher, of Hobart; two brothers, Ford of Hobart and Fern of Chula Vista, Calif.; and a sister, Dorothy Hallas of Hobart. 

Service will beat at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bartholomew Funeral Home with the Rev. Lawrence Flatt officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from  2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
