MARGARET ETHEL NELSON, 74, resident of Memphis, Tennessee, for 27 years, died on Dec. 11, 1994, after a short illness. She was born in Paducah, Kentucky, and was raised and married in Hobart, Indiana. Margaret's hobbies were ceramics and traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Calvin R. Nelson; a daughter, and son-in-law, Jacquelyn and William Sansome of Millersville, Maryland, a son and daughter-in-law, John and Penny Nelson of Memphis; a sister, Evelyn Sizemore of San Antonio, Texas; five grandchildren, Mr. & Mrs. William D. Sansone, Deborah A. Sansone; Sean C. Nelson, Jana C. Nelson and Gillian K. Nelson; five nieces & nephews, Chala Sadiki Robert Sizemore, Jr., Mark Sizemore, Molly, Rosewood and Margaret Sizemore.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on December 15. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 16 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any memorials be sent to The American Cancer Society, Diabetes Association, Alzheimer's Association or The American Heart Association.
