Charles C. "Ike" Jackson Hobart
Charles C. "Ike" Jackson, age 76, of Hobart, passed away at home Sunday, August 27, 2006.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline; sons: Kirk Jackson of South Bend and Scott Jackson of Hobart; one grandchild, Shannon Christy Jackson. Preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Elizabeth Jackson, as well as one brother and sister.
Ike served in the Army, was a retired bricklayer with Local 6 and owned the Alibi and Cabaret Tavern in Miller, IN. He attended the Friendly Sons of Erin.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Burns Funeral Home, 701 E. 7th Street, Hobart, IN on Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. Cremation at the Burns Funeral Home Crematory will precede the memorial service. There will be no visitation prior to the memorial service.
