Donald M Bauer of New Durham Estates, Westville, IN died Thursday evening at Hines Veterans Hospital, Maywood, IL. He was born in Valparaiso August 23, 1931 the son of Herman and Grace (Brody) Bauer. Bauer was a Korean War veteran and spent 12 years with the Navy and civil service. He is survived by his mother, Grace of LaPorte, a daughter Denise, and 2 sons Donald and William. Also 3 sisters, Florence, Frances and Beverly. Burial in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery in Hobart, IN
